As a Community of Believers, Body Life desires to glorify God by living according to His standard and vision. In order to do this, Body Life has adopted certain core values to serve as the foundation of the Church.

Christ
• Christ is the head of His Church (Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; 4:15-16). In all things, we submit to His authority and leadership.

Church
• Our church will be Biblical (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
• Our church will be Spirit-led (Romans 8:14).
• Our church will be Reproducible (Acts 13:1-5).
• Our church will be Relevant (John 4:1-26; Acts 2:37; Acts 17:22-34)
• Our church will be Missional (Acts 2:46-47; Acts 10; Acts 13:1-3)

Community
• Faithfully meet together as the Church (Hebrews 10:25).
• Sharing our lives with one another (1 Thessalonians 2:8).
• Singing worship songs together (Colossians 3:16).
• Devoting ourselves to the teaching and obedience of God’s Word (Acts 2:42; Romans 1:5).
• Confessing our sins to one another (James 5:16).
• Seeking to be spiritually disciplined (1 Timothy 4:8).
• Praying for one another (James 5:16).
• Supporting our church leaders (Hebrews 13:17).
• Putting others ahead of ourselves (Philippians 2:3-4).
• Meeting the needs of the Body (Acts 4:32-34).
• Edifying, equipping, encouraging, and serving the church with our gifts (Ephesians 4:11-13).
• Seeking to maintain unity among the Body (Ephesians 4:1-3).

City
• Our church will impact our city by evangelizing the lost, serving the needy, and loving everyone (Acts 1:8; 8:4-5; 9:31; 14:21-22).

Countries
• Our church will be mission-minded, living out our role in the global mission that God is on as He seeks Christ Followers among all nations (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Mark 16:15).
